This is the other BOM for 2010, This is the other BOM for 2010, The first class is scheduled for March 6th, 2010, 10-1pm. This class will be taught at the shop. However you are welcome to pick up your kit and do it at home if you like.. For this class you will need to purchase the kits at $15.00 a month and the border fabric will be included in the last kit. The rulers that you will need are the “L” rulers, those are the templates you will need first. They are $20.00 but you will have them forever.. There are two other rulers you may want to purchase. The Sashing rulers @ 18.00 a set and the Diagonal Ruler at $20.00. These rulers are optional of course but we have them for you to purchase. This project comes in two colors, Black or White.. I have posted the pictures of both of them on the site so you can see which one you want to do… We have a lot of ladies signed up now so if you want to sign up you should do so soon..

UFO or Open classes are designed for any project that you may have started and need help with. If you have been attending classes and missed one this is a good time to catch up. We normally have two or three open classes each month. Watch the schedule. Sam, Becky , Valyn, Mary Ann or Marta will be at the shop to assist you with your project. Please call and sign up







2010 SHOP HOP QUILT CLASS…
AUGUST 28TH 10-2

We have quite a few ladies signed up for this class already but some may not show. But you MUST call and sign up.. If you are interested in taking the class you will need to purchase a kit or if you have Other Fabric you want to use that will be fine. The pattern will be ready later this month. If you bought a kit the pattern is in it already.






APPLIQUE CIRCLE
 6-8PM
THIRD TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH.

This class is to assist you with hand appliqué. Bring in any project that you have started or would like to start. If you do not have a project to work on, Marta has some great ideas if you want one that she has put together. We have a lot of pillow patterns and other books with hand appliqué projects. This is a relaxing way to spend an evening with friends. Feel free to bring a snack if you want to. You must sign up ahead for this class and if there are not three people we will reschedule. The class is taught by Marta Johnson, who has been hand appliquéing since she was two. Well pretty close.. Please call and sign up for the class.





BEGINNING QUILT CLASS WILL BE SCHEDULED IN EITHER SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER.

This class is a one day class and is geared to teach the beginner the basics of quilting. You will learn how to pick fabric, cut fabric, pick the correct needles, and thread. You will learn all of this and make a project while you are learning. We will be making a table runner. You should be on your way to having enough knowledge to complete this project. You must sign up for this class. You will need to bring your sewing machine and if you don’t have one you can use machines we have in the shop for $5.00 each time. This class has been a great success in the past. If you have ever wanted to quilt this is the “get you started” class…This class is taught by Marta. Please call and sign up for the class. It will fill up real fast.





JACK AND JILL HAT CLASS by IZZY AND IVY

THE PATTERN IS AVAILABLE AT THE SHOP YOU WILL NEED THAT.

This hat is adorable and can be made in three different sizes. You can either make it for a boy or a girl. It will be taught by Marta Johnson Sign up soon or you will miss out…
